My Kitchen Rules returns to TVNZ 2 for another fiery season!

Manu Feildel and Pete Evans are back with a 10th season of Australia’s most popular and hotly contested cooking show, My Kitchen Rules.

The timers are set and the heat is on as new teams dish up the drama and battle it out for the grand prize! When the MKR doorbell rings, each team will take turns to transform an ordinary home into an Instant Restaurant for one pressure-cooker night.

They’ll plate up a three-course menu designed to impress the judges and their fellow contestants.
