With the help of his ‘Hell on Wheels’ – a 70-foot-long truck that transforms into a state-of-the-art, mobile kitchen, he re-invents the struggling restaurant’s menu and whips the staff into shape. Once the stop watch starts ticking, Gordon Ramsay works tirelessly around the clock to get restaurants back on track, from renovating tired interiors, scrubbing filthy kitchens and ensuring first-class service. Once the clock hits zero, the new restaurant is revealed at a triumphant re-launch, that will have hungry locals flooding through the doors.
