Lauded by critics and loved by millions of viewers, A Place to Call Home is back for a fourth season.
The much loved Australian period drama returns to TVNZ 1, focusing on the relationships between the characters affected by two contrasting social issues in 1954.
The first is the conservative wave of fear generated by the "Reds Under the Beds" scare surrounding The Petrov Affair. The second: the wave of liberal change that opened up new social and moral choices of Australians at the time.
Tangled webs of deception and malice entwine the Bligh's and Sarah. They are all forced to fight on many fronts to defend their values and love for each other, and their hopes for the future.
One thing is certain, though: Regina would rather die than see Sarah’s baby live.
